hey guys, during my quest for an FX i have asked lots of questions on here, trawled the tinterweb, visited gunshops, and scoured forums to no avail.

well a moment of weakness has taken me and i have bought a nearly new, just a few weeks old Logun MKii in .20.

all help, advice, hinderance, and name calling appreciated :o

its a minter, pics to follow as not picking it up for another hour :)

hi a friend of mine has the same gun in .22 and has given the same hassle for a while ....as standard the slip guage (the alloy block that pulls the pellet in ) was designed for a short pellet like crossman pellets etc ...different size slip guages were available to suit longer pellets .. he now uses daystate rangemasters with no probs

there is a way of setting this up, but i dont know nor can i find the procedure.

the slips can be bought from chambers i think, but i would rather know the set up procedure.

i suppose its a little like the cartridge head space and timing on an old browning .30 ;)

might be best to just try a short pellet first to see if it cycles and loads etc

As said, its a known issue and the reason FX never used that layout...
