gritty/rough vermy mk1

I bought a vermy mk1 a few weeks ago and although it fires it feels like its been in a sandpit. The cocking arm is gritty and so is the trigger. A full strip down and rebuild seems in order. Ive looked on the normal channels on how to strip it but theres no info, anybody help please

I’ve experienced the same and stripped down many Mk1 variants. The cocking arm tends to be the issue as it wears. Where are you? I’m near Coventry.
