Looking promising!

Now, about the Title of your thread 'I Need Help'.

You don't & you didn't 8-)

----------------------------------------------------

I had thought about using the grip to action the Mag lock, but then remembered that most people (right-handed) would end up losing their Magazines in the grass. (ie. I thought..why not lock the grip to the Mag retaining rod so that pulling the grip back would pull the rod, when the bolt has been detached) Great but the Mag will fly off  would work well for left-handed people though.

Do you mean ...why do the Mags fly out (well, jump out)?

Ben Taylor told me that it was a much needed part of the Mag. Indexing system & he might also have said it was connected to the NON pre-tensioned hammer spring (that rather worrying 'loose bit of metal' noise you sometimes hear), then again, I'm no engineer, so....

What are your plans for the Pistol Grip & Mag. retainer?

Right! :D

Lock the grip!!!

I see you've opened up (reamed) the bolt slot.

It's useful that there is already the Mag. rod cutout on the top of the grip & the stock 'cut-outs' for the closed Biathlon handle :P

Good work with Photoshop, as well ;) .

Actually my only reason for even contemplating what you've done is that I use my Storm for NV hunting & it can all get a bit complicated out in the field :( & the usual cocking method of the Storm is quite loud.
This afternoon I gave my Storm a good oiling & some test shots - spot-on at 25m, 30m & 35m - most satisfying :D

Keep the info. coming !
