Hi
I am a newbe to the board and airgunning, I have a Gladiator which has been working fine for nearly 2000 shots, now it occasionally locks up ,the cocking lever will only pull back half way and feels very solid.
I stripped the gun and can find nothing obvious , I did not strip the trigger or hammer mechanism.
Any suggestions will be gratefully received.

Brian

Did you notice a very small 'bushing' that runs in the cocking lever slot, Brian? They can wear down with use.

Thanks for the heads up, I did see the bush it looked ok but will renew it just in case.
I did not strip down as far as seeing the hammer spring, I did not want to disturb that section but if a new bush does not cure the problem I will have to bite the bullet.
Thanks Brian
