Hello.

I would to know the real reazon to put in a Fx Typhoon T12 the barrel suport or slave like (8). It is for a sthetic reasons?, or for perfomance reasons?. What happen if I do not put that barrel suport?. Would there be any breakdown?

Thanks.

i would of thought the clue would be in the title "Barrel Support" and its there to do just that and to stop it being bent at the barrel housing which would severly effect performance and accuracy.

as 1shotk said, its purely to protect the barrel.

I had one on my typhoon when I was using it as a hunting rifle, but now that its purely a target gun and gets babied, I have the barrel free floating.
general consensus is that the free floating barrel tends [not always though ] to be more accurate.
