If you want your pic to show correctly just edit out the parts at either end that is blacked out on your original post. It won't show while you have 2 Img markers at each end

I have bought springers from new, but this is my first pcp new. Typically, do they need a bit of time for the barrel to settle in? In trying to find a good pellet for the lower power setting 9.5 fpe. I tried some jsb exact today and they were pretty good, but odd results. Out of an 8 shot mag at 48 m I got this result. I'm not after all pellets in one hole, but poi moved up and down. Should I re crown the barrel maybe?
This was shot inside a warehouse.

Which JSB? I'd suggest to try another 'size' - if 4.51 try the 4.52, or even the 4.53 - the S/T barrels (fitted to Bobcat, Vermy & Typhoon) I've used tend to give better groups with the 4.53 tell the 'size' by the red label on the bottom of the tin ;)

They are 4.53. These feel like they could be good, it's just that shift in POI.
It's going to get expensive, this pellet finding business.

One good thing, I went to shop and swapped my "barracuda selected" for plain barracuda and they cycle perfectly in the mags. The selected are just getting caught each time.

Tell me about it - I've got loads here which aren't any good (for the guns I've got at the moment ;) ), some are close, but not quite 'there', if you know what I mean. How well do the Barracudas go at the lower power - could they be an 'all rounder'?

Actually didn't really give them a go at low powers. I shall do that this weekend.
The other pellet that looked hopeful was air arms Diablo.

The Air Arms are made by JSB, although allegedly, using different dies - as are the FX pellets ;)

Sorry to ask this, I know it's probably been thrashed elsewhere, but I had always considered putting a regulator in. I am not great at remembering shot count, and the whole power curve thing can throw me. I would prefer having a flat power band with consistent shots until it drops off the reg.
Will a regulator cover all power settings through the range, or will either top or bottom power setting be effected? Power range 9.5 fpe, 14 and 19 fpe.

Also I would use a regulator that is vented through the threading as I don't want to drill a breather hole.

Any advice appreciated.

Mine works right through, from 6 to 12, but it was a factory fit.
Tried a 'no drill' reg on a S200 (Air Arms/CZ) couldn't seem to get it right, the manufacturer has had good reviews all over though - so probably something I did wrong
